Job summary

Eye2Eye Security UK Limited is seeking experienced SIA-licensed Door Supervisors to join our nationwide team, delivering visible on-site security at venues, events and hospitality across the UK.

The role requires a minimum 2 years’ experience, a valid SIA Door Supervisor licence, and willingness to complete BS7858 vetting; flexible with hours between 10 and 50 per week; hourly pay £15-£18 depending on venue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ proven experience working as a Door Supervisor or CP Officer.
• Hold a valid, in‑date SIA Door Supervisor / CP licence.
• Highly disciplined and able to respond calmly and appropriately to all situations.
• Committed to protecting people, assets and venue reputations.
• Willing to complete full BS7858 security vetting and our standard application process

Responsibilities

• Deliver visible, responsible on‑site security at venues, events and hospitality locations across the UK.
• Safeguard clients, customers and premises in line with company standards and legal requirements.
• Successful candidates will also be considered for our national event and hospitality assignments.
