Job summary

One Way in Thornton-Cleveleys, Lancashire, is seeking experienced Shuttering Carpenters to join a major infrastructure project. You will construct, install and dismantle timber and proprietary formwork, interpret drawings and prepare moulds for concrete structures on a large civil engineering site.

Applicants must hold a CSCS Skilled Worker Card, with prior experience on large infrastructure projects. A Safety Critical Medical is essential, and you must be willing to comply with site

Qualifications

• CSCS Skilled Worker Card required.
• Experience on large infrastructure or civil engineering projects.
• Willingness to undergo Safety Critical Medical and site drug/alcohol testing.
• Experience with Doka or Peri formwork is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for experienced Shuttering Carpenters to join a major infrastructure project in Thornton-Cleveleys, Lancashire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing, installing, and dismantling timber and proprietary formwork, interpreting technical drawings, preparing moulds for concrete structures, and ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard. You'll be working as part of a team on a large civil engineering project while maintaining excellent health and safety standards at all times and all other associated tasks.

Applicants must hold a valid CSCS Skilled Worker Card and have previous experience working on large infrastructure or civil engineering projects. A Safety Critical Medical is essential, and candidates must be willing to comply with site drug and alcohol testing and all site safety procedures.
