Job summary

Link-Force Ltd is seeking a skilled Shuttering Carpenter for a residential construction company based in the OX4 area. The successful candidate will construct and install shuttering formwork to ensure accurate shaping of concrete structures, interpreting engineering drawings and setting out formwork on-site.

The role requires CSCS Card, full PPE on-site, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team with strong health and safety awareness.

Qualifications

• Experience as shuttering carpenter or formwork installation.
• CSCS Card required.
• Full PPE on-site.
• Ability to read technical drawings and take measurements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing and installing shuttering formwork to ensure the accurate shaping of concrete structures. This role involves interpreting engineering drawings, measuring and setting out formwork, and working efficiently to maintain high standards of safety and quality on-site.

• Previous experience as a Shuttering Carpenter or in formwork installation
• Relevant qualifications including a valid CSCS Card
• Full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) must be worn on-site
• Good understanding of working from technical drawings and measurements
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong health and safety awareness
