Job summary

Fusion People Ltd is recruiting a Shuttering Carpenter for an on-site role at a water treatment plant in Hardham, West Sussex. You will erect shutters for concrete pours, work with steel fixers, and strictly maintain H&S on site. Start date is 30th September 2026 with an expected duration of 1–2 months.

Applicants must have extensive shuttering experience, a valid CSCS card, and CPCS/NPORS credentials. Peri shuttering experience is essential for this project.

Shuttering Carpenter

Start date - Wednesday 30th September 2026

£28 per hour CIS, £22 per hour PAYE

Hardham, West Sussex

We are working on a water treatment plant in Hardham, and we are looking for a shuttering carpenter to join the existing site team. The project is nearing completion so the duration will be 1-2 months. Applicants must be fully experienced and hold a valid CSCS Card. Experience working with Peri shuttering is essential.

As a Shuttering Carpenter your duties will involve.

• Erecting shutters for concrete pours
• Working alongside steel fixers
• Ensuring H&S is strictly maintained
• Any other associated duties

You must Have

• Relevant site experience
• CPCS, NPORS
• Experience with Peri shuttering

Standard Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30am - 5pm
