Job summary

TIP Group in Nuneaton is seeking a skilled Shunter Driver to join our depot. You will safely move trailers around the yard, position vehicles for maintenance or collection, and work closely with a hands-on team to keep fleets road-ready.

This full-time role offers a salary of £36,000 per annum with hours Monday–Thursday 7:00am–5:00pm and Friday 7:00am–4:30pm. A UK driving licence (HGV/LGV or shunting experience desirable) and a sense of humour are welcome.

• Safely moving trailers around our busy depot, ensuring vehicles are positioned for maintenance, repair, or collection
• Working closely with a supportive team that’s hands-on, always there when you need them
• Keeping our customers’ fleets road-ready and safe for the long haul

What You’ll Bring

• A full UK driving licence (HGV/LGV or shunting experience desirable)
