Job summary

Job Talent in Hinckley (LE10) is seeking an experienced Shunter Driver to join our 24/7 transport operation. You will shunt trailers in the yard, move trailers between loading bays and parking areas, and perform vehicle safety checks. Immediate start and ongoing, long‑term work with consistent shifts are on offer.

Night shifts start at 21:00, finishing at 06:45, with overtime after 40 hours at £29.25 per hour. Benefits include competitive weekly pay, pension, 28 days holiday, and references.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• At least 6 months' experience driving Class 1 vehicles.
• Reliable and professional with a strong work ethic.
• Good communication and awareness of yard safety.

What We're Looking For
