Job summary

New Appointments Group is seeking an experienced Shunter Driver in Dover for a two-week temporary assignment with an immediate start. You will move trailers and goods between on-site warehouses, perform daily vehicle checks, and support a busy logistics operation.

The role requires a full Category B licence and an LGV Category C licence, plus a yard shunter/competency certificate and prior shunting experience. A safety-first mindset and availability are essential.

Shunter Driver - Temporary (2 Weeks)

Dover | £15.50-£17.00 per hour | Immediate Start

We’re looking for an experienced Shunter Driver to join our client on a 2-week temporary assignment. Working Monday to Friday, you’ll be responsible for safely moving trailers and goods between their on-site warehouses, carrying out daily vehicle checks, and supporting their busy logistics operation.

What you’ll need:

• Previous shunting experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment
