Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large turnover retail store.
• Strong leadership, coaching and development of staff.
• Experience with FCA regulations and GDPR.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of showroom sales performance and meet targets.
• Maximise showroom profitability by fostering a high-performing team.
• Recruit and onboard Retail Sales Advisors following guidelines.
• Ensure Health and Safety, finance, FCA, GDPR compliance.
• Coordinate with Visual Merchandising to keep displays up-to-date.
• Lead regular team meetings and staff development.
• Analyse sales data and market trends to form strategies.
• Deliver seamless omnichannel customer journey.
