Job summary

City Plumbing is seeking a results-driven Showroom Sales Manager to grow sales within our branch team. You will drive customer journeys from enquiry to close, deliver a 3D CAD design service, and build strong links between trade and retail channels.

You'll be a high-performer with a track record of hitting targets, managing showroom operations safely, and delivering bespoke bathroom solutions with confidence. A valid UK driving licence supports site visits and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience in showroom sales or similar roles.
• Proven ability to close deals and hit targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and achieving KPIs.
• Own the customer journey from initial contact to quotation and sale.
• Deliver a 3D CAD design service to visualize bathrooms for customers.
• Build bridges between trade and retail channels to grow showroom advocacy.
• Maintain a safe, organised showroom and ensure sales contracts are compliant.
