City Plumbing is seeking a Showroom Sales Manager who thrives on turning customer vision into reality and driving showroom performance. You will lead from the front, identify new business opportunities, and close deals across trade and retail channels.

You will manage the customer journey from home visits to final design, with a focus on 3D CAD visualisation and timely quotations. A proactive hunter mindset and a passion for people will help you exceed targets and earn bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Proven showroom/trade sales experience with a track record of closing deals.
• Ability to hit KPIs and grow sales under targets.
• Experience with CAD design is a plus but not mandatory.
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a car.
• Strong relationship-building and networking with local trades.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and hitting KPIs and margins.
• Own the customer journey from initial visit to final design, follow up on quotations with urgency.
• Deliver a 3D design service (CAD) to help visualize bathrooms for homeowners and trades.
• Build bridges between trade and retail channels to create showroom advocates.
• Maintain a safe, organised showroom and ensure all sales contracts are compliant.
