Job summary

Bathshack is seeking a Showroom Sales Executive in Cheadle Hulme to welcome customers, identify needs and convert inquiries into sales. You’ll work in our showroom, process orders, and develop product knowledge with Bathshack Academy training.

Starting salary £28,000 with an uncapped bonus and progression bands (£30k, £35k) as you hit targets. The role requires a customer-focused attitude, strong communication, and flexibility for late openings and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Retail or showroom sales experience.
• Willing to work late nights and Saturdays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Able to develop product knowledge quickly.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in a friendly and timely manner.
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and provide advice.
• Produce customer proposals and process orders.
• Increase sales and meet targets.
• Follow up leads by phone and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Bathshack products.
