Job summary

PORCELANOSA is seeking a Sales Consultant for our Chester showroom. You will deliver excellent customer service, present and sell Bathrooms and Kitchens, and promote the brand locally. You will follow company procedures to ensure targets are met and the customer experience stays first-class.

You should bring 2–5 years in bathroom/kitchen sales, strong communication, and the ability to provide accurate quotations while handling inquiries and building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in bathroom and kitchen industry with face-to-face sales.
• Good verbal, written and numerical literacy.
• Able to provide detailed quotations and handle customer queries.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients as they enter the Chester showroom.
• Recommend suitable product ranges based on client specifications and budget.
• Provide detailed and accurate quotations within agreed timescales.
• Answer telephone enquiries and handle client questions.
• Follow the established sales process.
• Deliver store sales in line with targets and promote the company’s products.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and present to customers.
• Deliver a high standard of customer experience and product presentation.
• Demonstrate excellent people skills and professional appearance.
