As a Showroom Sales Assistant, you will support the Showroom Sales Manager with daily operations, assist in sales development, and visit customers at their homes to take measurements and design bathrooms. You will also attend and potentially run networking events. Building rapport quickly and creating trusted relationships are key to exceeding customer expectations.
You will be contracted for a minimum number of hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours during peak seasons. Hours and shifts will be scheduled in advance, promoting an inclusive team environment and ensuring a positive work experience.
This role is results-based with a focus on targeted sales. Your ability to influence and persuade, combined with energy and enthusiasm, will drive your success. Training and natural sales drive will support your development in building customer relationships and attracting new clients.
