Job summary

Big Motoring World in Warrington is seeking a Receptionist to deliver an exceptional customer experience at our showroom. You will greet customers and collect their details to ensure swift service.

You will input information into our CRM, allocate customers to Sales Executives to minimise waiting times, provide refreshments, and keep the reception and coffee area tidy with correct marketing materials displayed. The role is 40 hours per week with weekend work required.

Qualifications

• Excellent in-person and telephone communication.
• Comfortable interacting with a diverse customer base.
• Maintains a professional and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to input customer details accurately into CRM.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers arriving on site.
• Capture and input customer details into CRM.
• Allocate customers to Sales Executives to minimise waiting times.
• Provide refreshments for visiting customers.
• Keep the Customer Coffee Bar clean and replenished.
• Maintain a tidy reception desk and professional showroom image.
• Answer and direct incoming calls to the relevant department.
• Ensure showroom is neat with correct marketing material.
