SHOWROOM MANAGER & PA TO THE FOUNDER

This is a unique opportunity to join a growing fashion brand in a hands-on and multifaceted role. As Showroom Manager & PA to the Founder of ANNINA, you will be the heartbeat of our West London showroom—overseeing daily operations, liaising with clients and suppliers, and supporting the founder across both creative and administrative functions.

About ANNINA

ANNINA is a luxury fashion brand founded by me and based in the heart of Holland Park, West London. Since 2019, the brand has been redefining the traditional dirndl with a modern, elegant twist—creating timeless pieces using heritage fabrics sourced from artisanal mills in Germany and Austria.

Each garment is handcrafted and designed for occasions ranging from weddings, parties to cultural events. With a strong focus on quality, authenticity, and feminine design, the fashion house celebrates Alpine traditions while reaching a contemporary, global audience.

The Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a growing, creative business in a hands-on and multifaceted role.

As Showroom Manager & PA to the Founder, you will be the heartbeat of our West London showroom—overseeing daily operations, liaising with clients and suppliers, and supporting the founder across both creative and administrative functions.

I am looking for someone well organised, agile, proactive, and independent—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the showroom and workshop

Act as first point of contact for clients and collaborators

Provide high-level administrative and personal support to me

Manage office logistics including supplies, post, parcels, and showroom maintenance

Coordinate appointments, fittings, and bespoke customer orders

Liaise with the local workshop to track and manage order timelines

Conduct condition checks, manage stock logs and inventory

Oversee import/export logistics and liaise with couriers

Assist with PR, marketing and social media content when needed

Support photo shoots and sample preparation

Maintain Shopify and website listings—ensuring product data is accurate and up to date

Manage email and WhatsApp client communication

Keep records of returns, refunds, and shipping documentation

Maintain the sample library and organise product displays

What I'm Looking For

Previous experience in a similar showroom or studio-based role

Highly organised with excellent communication skills

Interest in fashion, design, and luxury products

Confident working independently and managing multiple tasks

Comfortable working on their own at the showroom

Willing to stay in the position for at least 2 years

Fluent in both written and verbal English

Experience with Shopify, Google Workspace, and basic inventory systems

A warm, personable, and client-facing attitude
