Job summary

Huws Gray Limited in Hay on Wye is seeking a Showroom Manager with a keen eye for design to lead our showroom team. You will create inspiring kitchen and bathroom spaces for customers, guide staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.

You’ll build relationships with customers, oversee displays and internal marketing, and contribute to growth. Flexible working options are available within the group environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms (KBB) preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a showroom team and drive sales targets.
• Strong customer-focused mindset with design flair.

We’re looking for a Showroom Manager to lead our team in (Hay on Wye). You’ll be the driving force behind creating inspiring kitchen and bathroom spaces for our customers. With a strong eye for design and a customer-first mindset, you’ll guide your team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the showroom team to deliver a brilliant customer experience


• Supporting your team to meet targets and maximise bonus opportunities


• Building relationships with new and existing customers to grow business


• Overseeing internal marketing and maintaining engaging product displays
