Job summary

Charles-Hurst is seeking a friendly and empathetic Showroom Host to be the first point of contact for customers at our Belfast showroom. You will help create a world-class experience, keep the reception area tidy, and support the team with daily tasks. The role requires excellent communication and a warm, professional manner.

Permanent full-time position with a Mon-Wed 9-5 schedule. Salary £12.71 per hour with added employee benefits and progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as the first point of contact and provide a world-class showroom experience.
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area and assist with general showroom duties.
• Answer inquiries and direct customers to the appropriate sales colleagues.
• Support the team with daily administrative tasks as required.
