Charles-Hurst is seeking a friendly and empathetic Showroom Host to be the first point of contact for customers at our Belfast showroom. You will help create a world-class experience, keep the reception area tidy, and support the team with daily tasks. The role requires excellent communication and a warm, professional manner.

Permanent full-time position with a Mon-Wed 9-5 schedule. Salary £12.71 per hour with added employee benefits and progression opportunities.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a warm, empathetic, and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Showroom Host. As a Showroom host you will be our customers first point of contact and are crucial in providing Charles Hurst a world-class experience.

Our reception team or as we sometimes like to call them, Showroom Hosts are passionate about delivering first class customer experiences and let their warm, friendly personality shines through during each customer interaction. If you enjoy going above and beyond for customers, then this is the right place for you!

You will be someone who has pride in high standards to keep our showroom tidy and always welcoming. Excellent communication skills will be your strength and you will be able to demonstrate a successful blend of confidence and assertiveness when dealing with people. You will be warm, empathetic, and friendly and have an approachable and professional manner.

Having experience working in a similar role with the ability to deal with a variety of responsibilities along with strong organisation skills and an eye for detail is also important.
