Charles Hurst in Newtownards is recruiting a Showroom Manager for our Nissan used-car operation. This hands-on leadership role focuses on driving performance, coaching the sales team, and ensuring a consistent customer experience from day one.

You will maximise sales, finance and insurance performance, ensure FCA compliance, and work closely with management to strengthen the site’s commercial performance. A proven leader with used-car knowledge is preferred.

Hours: 44 hours per week, rota basis

Salary: £30,000–£35,000 plus bonus opportunity

A rare opportunity has arrived to join a fast‑growing part of Charles Hurst. We’re expanding our Newtownards operation — and we’re looking for a Showroom Manager who can lead performance, drive standards, and shape the customer experience from day one.

About the Role

This is a hands‑on leadership role at the heart of a busy used‑car environment. You’ll help build processes, support sales performance, and set the tone for how Budget Direct Used Cars operates within Charles Hurst.

You’ll lead on:

• Maximising sales, finance and insurance performance across the used‑car operation
• Supporting the sales team with coaching, development and deal‑structuring
• Ensuring full FCA compliance and a consistent, customer‑focused experience
• Working closely with management to strengthen the site’s commercial performance
