Job Title: Shot Blaster / Peening Technician
Location: Slough, SL1
Pay Rate: GBP19.00 per hour (PAYE)
Working Hours: 4:00 PM Midnight, Monday to Friday

We are currently seeking a skilled Shot Blaster / Peening Technician to join a well-established engineering company based in Slough. This is a great opportunity for a reliable and experienced individual to work in a busy production environment with a focus on high standards and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate shot blasting and peening equipment in accordance with job specifications

Prepare metal components for finishing, ensuring surface standards are met

Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions

Carry out regular quality checks to ensure compliance with safety and production standards

Maintain equipment and work area to a high standard of cleanliness and safety

Requirements:

Previous experience in shot blasting, peening, or a similar industrial role

Good understanding of safety procedures and quality control

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable, punctual, and committed to producing high-quality work

What We Offer:

GBP19.00 per hour PAYE

Full-time hours with a consistent 4:00 PM Midnight shift
