West Dean is seeking a proactive Short Course Programmer to join our London team, coordinating the diverse Short Courses programme and working with tutors and college staff to deliver high-quality learning experiences.

You will support course development, coordinate practical delivery and help maintain accurate course information across materials and the website, while building strong relationships with tutors and students.

Qualifications

• Proven administrative experience in a busy office or educational environment.
• Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and time management skills; professional and approachable manner.
• Professional IT user with Microsoft Office knowledge including Word, Excel and Outlook; comfortable with databases and digital systems.

Responsibilities

• Support development of courses within allocated subject areas with tutors and external specialists.
• Coordinate practical delivery of courses, ensuring tutors and students have information, resources and support.
• Maintain strong relationships with tutors, support them during courses and respond to feedback and queries.
• Keep course information accurate and up to date across West Dean website and programme materials, and contribute to exhibitions and events.
