Job summary

REED Engineering have an exciting opportunity to join our growing Oil & Gas client as a Mechanical Technician on a permanent basis. You will be based in a brand-new workshop in the Aberdeen South area, with a shore-based role.

Day-to-day duties include servicing and maintenance of the rental fleet, participation in new build exercises, and testing and commissioning of equipment, while upholding health and safety standards. Overtime rates are enhanced.

Qualifications

• Be time-served in a mechanical discipline.
• Have previous experience of working to and understanding mechanical and hydraulic drawings.

Responsibilities

• Servicing and maintenance of the company's rental fleet.
• Participation in new build exercises.
• Inspection, testing and commissioning of equipment.
• Upholding health & safety standards.
