Job summary

REED Engineering, partnered with a subsea rental business, is recruiting Survey Technicians on a full-time permanent basis. Roles range from Technician to Lead Technician and focus on maintenance, servicing and repair of the rental fleet.

The position is onshore with potential international and offshore travel. Candidates should have workshop experience and a solid track record with electronic equipment, ideally in Oil & Gas.

Qualifications

• Experience in a workshop environment working on the listed equipment.
• Good track record of dealing with electronic equipment, preferably in Oil & Gas.
• Senior/Lead level experience is advantageous but not required for Technician level.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance, servicing and repair of the rental fleet (ROV tooling, sensors, survey equipment, lifting & handling equipment).
• Onshore role with potential international and offshore travel.

REED Engineering are delighted to have partnered with a Subsea Equipment Rentals business who are looking to add a number of Survey Technicians to their team on a full-time permanent basis.

Due to the number of positions, we can consider candidates from Technician level through to Lead Technician.

You will mainly be tasked with the maintenance, servicing and repair of the rental fleet. Typically, this will include:

• ROV Tooling
• ROV Sensors
• Survey Equipment
• Lifting & Handling Equipment

This role is to be classed as onshore. However, there may be some requirement for travel both internationally and offshore.

To be suited to this role, you will:

• Have exposure within a workshop environment working on the above types of equipment (for Senior / Lead level)
• Have a good track record of dealing with Electronic equipment, preferable within Oil & Gas (for Technician level)
