Job summary

Highcross Leicester is seeking an Environmental Cleaning Operative for full-time on-site work in a shopping centre. You will join a team delivering cleaning and waste management to a high standard, following client SLA agreements and the site’s cleaning schedules.

You will report to Savills nominated supervisors and managers, perform routine duties, and adapt to changing priorities while contributing to a professional environment for staff, suppliers and visitors.

• Waste management or cleaning experience preferred; training available.
• Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
• Ability to follow a schedule and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning and waste management services in designated mall areas.
• Maintain high standards to meet client SLA requirements.
• Coordinate with Savills supervisors and managers on performance and priorities.
• Assist with cleaning duties and other reasonable tasks as directed.
• Ensure work area is clean, equipment secure and well maintained.
• Communicate with supervisors to obtain feedback on quality and care.
