Shop Supervisor

S&PB Retail Ltd has over 120 shops (Sayers and Poundbakery) across the North West, North Wales, Yorkshire, and Midlands, with plans for further expansion!

We provide fast-paced service in high street locations, offering great tasting, quality products including sandwiches, savouries, and cakes at excellent value prices.

We are seeking a dedicated Shop Supervisor to join our team.

As a Shop Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing day-to-day shop operations.
2. Driving sales growth.
3. Training, developing, and motivating your team.
4. Ensuring hygiene and food safety compliance.
5. Collaborating with the Shop Manager to achieve objectives.

Applicants should have a background in retail management; experience in a food environment is preferred but not essential. A strong work ethic and a proactive, 'can-do' attitude are key.
