Job summary

Greggs PLC in the United Kingdom is recruiting a Supervisor to support the Shop Manager, lead a team and ensure excellent customer service across in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels. You'll inspire the team, serve customers quickly, prepare products, keep displays stocked and the shop clean, while reporting to the Manager and promoting Greggs standards on every shift.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team lead experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Reliable and able to motivate the team.
• Passion for delivering great customer service.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results and maintain high shop standards.
• Lead by example and serve customers fast and friendly.
• Prepare products, including sandwiches and operating ovens.
• Keep displays fully stocked with a wide range for customers.
• Keep the shop clean, tidy and presentable.

You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job.We serve our customers acrossa number ofdifferent channels; in-shop, delivery,Click+Collect and drive thru.You’lllead the way inmaking sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.While no two shifts will be the same, during a typical shift you can expect to:

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results andmaintainthe excellent standards of the shop
• Lead by example and serve our customers in a fast and friendly manner
• Prepare our much-loved products, including making sandwiches and managing the ovens
• Ensure our displays are fullystocked at all times, with plenty of choice available for our customers
• Keep the shop looking clean,tidyand presentable
