Wenzel’s was established in 1975 and has become a favourite in North-West and Greater London, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Hampshire, and Surrey. We seek passionate individuals with a love for food and customer service to join as Shop Managers.

PAY & HOURS

Salary ranges from £30,000 to £34,000 depending on experience. Full-time hours are 42 hours per week, scheduled between Monday and Sunday.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily shop operations
• Drive business growth and profitability
• Meet KPIs including wages, sales, stock, wastage, and energy targets
• Lead and develop team members
• Performance management
• Maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene
• Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and welcoming
• Manage stock, deliveries, and displays
• Knowledge of products and customer service standards
• Handle cash, till operations, and banking
• Open and close the shop as required
