We are currently seeking a Shop Manager to join our team at our Rhyl Poundbakery shop.

As a Shop Manager, your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing daily shop operations.
2. Driving sales growth.
3. Training, developing, and motivating your team.
4. Ensuring hygiene and food safety compliance.

Applicants should have a background in retail management, preferably within a food environment. A strong work ethic and a hands-on, “can do” attitude are essential.
