S&PB Retail Ltd has over 120 shops, including Sayers and Poundbakery, across the North West, North Wales, Yorkshire, and Midlands, with plans for further expansion!

We are now seeking a Shop Supervisor to join our team.

As a Shop Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

1. Managing day-to-day shop operations.
2. Driving sales growth.
3. Training, developing, and motivating your team.
4. Ensuring hygiene and food safety compliance.
5. Working alongside the Shop Manager to achieve these goals.

Applicants should have a background in retail management, preferably within a food environment, though this is not essential. A strong work ethic and a proactive "can do" attitude are important.
