We are seeking passionate individuals with a love for food and customer service to join our team. We have an exciting opportunity for a Shop Manager position.

PAY & HOURS

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 to £34,000 for full-time Shop Managers, depending on experience. Part-time roles are pro-rata. A full-time week is 42 hours, with flexible working hours discussed to accommodate your needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing the day-to-day operations of your shop.
• Growing the business through increasing sales, controlling costs, and delivering profit.
• Working towards KPIs such as wage percentage, average sale, stock, wastage, and energy targets.
• Leading, training, and developing your team.
• Performance management of staff.
• Maintaining high standards in food production and hygiene.
• Ensuring the shop is clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Managing stock, deliveries, and shop displays.
• Having excellent product knowledge.
• Handling cash, till operations, and banking.
• Opening and closing the shop as required.
