We are looking for passionate individuals with a love for food and customer service to join our team as Shop Managers.

PAY & HOURS

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 to £34,000 for full-time Shop Managers, depending on experience. Part-time roles are pro-rata. A full-time week is 42 hours, with flexible hours available, e.g., 9:00 am - 3:00 pm.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• An experienced retail manager to oversee daily operations.
• Someone to ensure smooth shop running, driving sales, and minimizing costs.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team with a hands-on approach.
• Confident, enthusiastic, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Adaptable and problem-solver, comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily shop operations effectively.
• Grow the business through increasing sales and controlling costs.
• Meet KPIs including wage percentage, average sale, stock, wastage, and energy targets.
• Lead, train, and develop your team.
• Performance management of team members.
• Maintain high standards of food production, hygiene, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Recruit new team members when needed.
• Manage deliveries, stock, and shop displays.
• Ensure excellent product knowledge.
• Handle cash, operate tills, and manage banking.
• Open and close the shop as required.
