Job description

We are opening a new Hardware (DIY) store in central London Mayfair. The shop will be stocked with essential home goods and DIY items for construction trades such as Painting & Decorating, Plumbing, Electrical, Repairs, and Tiling.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with the store opening, including stock intake, organizing layout, pricing, stock checking, and training staff.
2. Provide excellent customer interaction and support in a building merchant environment.

Requirements:

• Experience in building merchants, locksmith, or similar customer-facing roles preferred.
• English – Advanced
• Full-time availability, 7 days a week
• Immediate start

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: £12.5 – £16.5 hourly
• Performance-based bonus
