Greggs in Leek is seeking a Shop Manager to lead and motivate the team to deliver fast and friendly service to customers across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and online orders.

You will recruit, develop and engage staff, ensure wage and waste controls, oversee food preparation and serving, and maintain a clean, welcoming shop environment to drive excellent customer experiences.

Formación

• Experience as Supervisor or Line Manager in retail/food-on-the-go environments.
• Proven ability to recruit, train and develop staff.
• Strong customer service mindset with focus on standards and experiences.

• Monitor wage and waste controls and uphold customer service standards.

We serve our customers acrossa number ofdifferent channels; in-shop, delivery,Click+Collect and drive thru.Y ou'llbe responsible formaking sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.

While no two days will be the same, during a typical day at work you can expect to:

• Leadthe team to deliver amazing results andmaintainthe excellent standards of the shop
• Drive high performance through recruitment, trainingand development,and colleague engagement
• Keep a close eye on things like wage controls, waste controls and customer service standards
• Roll your sleeves up and get involved in food preparationandserving customers
• Ensure the shop is clean, well-stocked and welcoming

About you

If you have a track record as a Supervisor or Line Manager, havelots of experience delivering excellent customer service and have worked in a food-on-the-go environment or within retail, this could be the role for you.
