About the role

Join us as a Shop Manager and you’ll lead and motivate your team to deliver fast and friendly service to our customers. We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect, and drive-thru. You'll be responsible for making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or online. While no two days will be the same, during a typical day at work you can expect to:

• Lead the team to deliver amazing results and maintain excellent standards of the shop
• Drive high performance through recruitment, training, development, and colleague engagement
• Keep a close eye on wage controls, waste controls, and customer service standards
• Roll your sleeves up and get involved in food preparation and serving customers
• Ensure the shop is clean, well-stocked, and welcoming

About you If you have a track record as a Supervisor or Line Manager, lots of experience delivering excellent customer service, and have worked in a food-on-the-go environment or within retail, this could be the role for you.
