Shop Manager – Full Time

We are looking to recruit a shop manager for our new shop in Banbury, Oxfordshire, opening in July. This is a permanent full-time position with a variety of shifts, working 5 days out of 7 each week.

Please note: Full-time availability is required, including weekends. Flexibility to travel between sites to support other shops in the area is beneficial.

As a Shop Manager, you will:

1. Lead by example and actively participate in daily shop operations.
2. Motivate and inspire your team to deliver excellent customer service.
3. Recruit, train, and develop your team through coaching and feedback.
4. Ensure the shop is safe, clean, and well-maintained, managing deliveries and routines.
5. Control shop costs such as shrinkage, waste, and payroll, reporting to your area manager.
6. Maintain standards in customer service, cash handling, health & safety, stock management, and presentation.

You will need:
