Job summary

Greggs in Belfast is seeking a Shop Manager to lead a team, ensuring fast, friendly service across in-shop and online channels. You will drive performance, recruitment, and development while maintaining shop standards and a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Supervisor or Line Manager.
• Deliver excellent customer service in retail/food-service.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Experience in a food-on-the-go environment.

Responsibilities

We serve our customers acrossa number ofdifferent channels; in-shop, delivery,Click+Collect and drive thru.Y ou'llbe responsible formaking sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.

While no two days will be the same, during a typical day at work you can expect to:

• Leadthe team to deliver amazing results andmaintainthe excellent standards of the shop
• Drive high performance through recruitment, trainingand development,and colleague engagement
• Keep a close eye on things like wage controls, waste controls and customer service standards
• Roll your sleeves up and get involved in food preparationandserving customers
• Ensure the shop is clean, well-stocked and welcoming
