Job summary

Greggs plc in Belfast is seeking a Shop Manager to lead and motivate a team, delivering fast and friendly service across in-store, online orders and Click + Collect. You will coach staff, supervise operations and ensure a brilliant customer experience every day.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor or Line Manager is preferred.
• Proven track record delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail/food-on-the-go environment.
• Ability to develop and coach a diverse team and foster an inclusive culture.

Join us as a Shop Manager and you’ll lead and motivate your team to deliver fast and friendly service to our customers. We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru. You’ll be responsible for making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online. About you

If you have a track record as a Supervisor or Line Manager, have lots of experience delivering excellent customer service and have worked in a food-on-the-go environment or within retail, this could be the role for you. You'll also be supportive of an inclusive culture - recognising and valuing that difference is good.
