Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Production Operative to join a growing manufacturing business based at Sharpness Docks near Berkeley, Gloucestershire.

This role suits someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and wants to develop new skills within a supportive team. Full training is provided from day one, with the opportunity to gain forklift, plant machinery and other equipment experience.

Qualifications

• Enjoy practical, hands-on work.
• Experience in a physical working environment such as manufacturing, warehousing, construction, groundwork or production.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Pride in maintaining high safety standards.
• Own transport due to the site's location.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Load machinery with packaging materials.
• Carry out manual handling and lifting duties.
• Palletise finished products ready for dispatch.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards across the site.
• Always follow health and safety procedures.
