Overview:

My client, an established womenswear retailer, currently has an opportunity for an experienced photo Shoot Production Assistant to join them in a vibrant and exciting role. Previous experience in a similar role for a fashion retailer is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the production team across all stages of photo shoot production.
• Contribute to the creation of seasonal photo and video shoot production schedules.
• Collaborate on editorial concepts to enhance brand storytelling.
• Manage relationships with multiple vendors.
• Assist with production tasks.
• Research and identify photographers, directors, stylists, models, and hair & makeup artists.
• Source talent and handle bookings while adhering to budget and adjusting to evolving production schedules.
• Support seasonal launch campaigns and ad hoc special projects.
• Assist with model bookings
• Arrange travel for photo shoots.
