Clarks Outlet in the United Kingdom is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to deliver an engaging in-store experience and help achieve set sales KPIs. You will promote shoes and accessories, assist customers, and uphold high retail standards, both front and back of house.

The role emphasizes delivering great customer service, using available technology to enhance the shopping journey, and staying informed about product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-focused retail sales is desirable.
• Ability to meet sales KPIs and targets.
• Flexible to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.

Responsabilités

• Consistently deliver a great brand experience, including utilising technology to enhance the consumers’ experience and keeping up to date with product knowledge.
• Support the achievement of key store KPIs by delivering sales at target levels set by store Management team.
• Maintain the sales floor and back of house areas to deliver high brand and retail standards.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures to Company standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish as required.
