Job summary

Harvey Nash IT Recruitment UK is seeking a warehouse operative with hands-on experience across full cycle activities such as sign-in, counting, updating stock, and processing dispatch orders. You will work with WMS, manage inbound requests, and ensure accurate inventory levels with barcodes.

Experience with telecoms background or electronics manufacturing is a NICE TO HAVE, along with a counterbalance forklift licence. Urgent start and safety footwear provided by client.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE experience in a warehouse end-to-end processes including sign-in, counting, inventory updates and dispatch actions.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) such as stock control and inbound/outbound requests.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with senior managers and internal teams.
• Awareness of safety procedures; PPE supplied by the client.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse tasks end-to-end including sign-in, counting, and updating inventory.
• Process inbound/outbound requests and dispatch orders accurately.
• Use barcodes to ensure correct stock levels and locations.
• Collaborate with transport/distribution teams and internal stakeholders.

Job description

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN A WAREHOUSE (full end to end, sign-in, count, add to inventory, store way etc)

URGENT START

WMS - storehouse, inventory, quantities, dispatch orders, inbound requests

* Overlapping with transport management, dispatch, collections, shipment delivered, internal facing attention to detail, barcodes, good references, detail orientated, get things done, deal with senior managers, internal facing,

Client will supply safety shoes, gloves.

NICE TO HAVE - telecoms background, technology, electrical/electronic manufacturing etc.

NICE TO HAVE - Forklift licence counterbalance.

NICE TO HAVE - experience with Export Control
