Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, developing talent acquisition strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience to support Celeros Flow Technology’s growth and talent needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  2. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
  4. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  5. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Minimum Requirements
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a technical or industrial environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations.
