Job Description:

Are you bored of shipping the same old product? Would you like a role that brings new learning opportunities daily? Our shipments are never the same and will regularly expose you to new challenges.

If you have been working in a UK shipping environment, then we would love to hear from you.

Working in our Shipping, Export and Import team, you will coordinate activities such as shipping sales orders, compliance with export controls and licensing, tax exemptions, letters of credit, shipping of dangerous goods, as well as organising inbound shipments and preparing commercial invoices.

This is a busy role that requires attention to detail, customer focus and a flexible attitude to change with the needs of the business.

As well as the benefits listed below, you will be provided with opportunities to develop professionally with a clear team structure and training.

Upon successful completion of your probationary period, this will be a hybrid role (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home).

In addition to a competitive starting salary, Oxford Instruments offers flexible working hours and a half-day on Fridays. We also offer 25 days annual leave, private healthcare, a share incentive plan, a defined contribution Group Personal Pension Plan, and a flexible benefits package that you can tailor to your own requirements. We also invest in our talented employees by supporting them in their ongoing career and development so that they reach their full potential. We care and work hard to provide a workplace where you can grow and learn. #LI-JR1
