Responsibilities

• Maintain mechanical and electrical systems, plant and equipment.
• Ensure safety, serviceability and regulatory compliance.
• Work across CHP/Boiler, HVAC, electrical distribution, fire detection, building control and automation.
• Assist with standby generator, building control, automation, lifts and nurse calls.
