Responsibilities
Undertake Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance.
Manage operational functions of the building.
Provide holiday and sickness cover.
Skills
City & Guilds Parts 1 and 2 (Electrical Installation 2360) or recognised equivalent
18th Edition Institute of Electrical Engineers (I.E.E) Registration or recognised equivalent
Experience in critical maintenance environment
Good working knowledge of BMS and critical assets
Ability to interpret technical information
Good leadership qualities
Education
BTEC ONC Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
