Thames Water is recruiting for a Shift Technician at Mogden STW. You will operate treatment processes, monitor performance, and work with the operations team to keep critical systems running safely and efficiently on a rotating 12-hour shift pattern.
Strong health and safety practices, good communication, and a full driving licence are essential. Experience with wastewater or similar mechanical/electrical environments is a plus, and SCADA knowledge is beneficial for process monitoring.

As a Shift Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping essential treatment processes running safely and efficiently around the clock, helping protect the environment and deliver for our customers.
Base Location: Mogden STW (TW7 7LW)
Working Pattern: 12-hour shifts, days and nights on a rotating 6 weekly Panama shift pattern.
Necessary Requirements for the role: Ability to work shifts, including nights and weekends
