Responsibilities

• Support the Shift Team Leader as technical lead on shift.
• Act as a conduit between the Shift Team Leader and the wider Team to ensure smooth operation.
• Serve as a Technical Hub on shift for problem solving and process understanding.
• Assist across areas to resolve issues and maintain smooth plant operation.
• Coordinate energy compliance on shift.
• Complete White Wool Testing in line with FPC and undertake process testing on shift.
