Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a Shift Manager to lead each shift, support and develop the team, and maintain high standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness. You’ll motivate staff, cover busy periods, and model leadership on the shop floor to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

This hands-on role places you at the front of in-store operations, ensuring every customer leaves with a great experience and the team operates smoothly across dine-in, takeaway, and delivery services.

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
• Confident, hands-on leadership style.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
