Wingstop UK (Lemon Pepper Holdings Ltd) is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to run smooth shifts, support and develop the team, and uphold high standards in service, food quality and cleanliness. You’ll lead by example and drive strong operational performance in a dine-in, takeaway, and delivery setting.

You’ll motivate staff, handle busy periods, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied while maintaining a hands-on, frontline leadership approach across a fast-paced restaurant.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
• Confident, hands-on leadership style.
• Strong communication and organisation skills.
• Positive, team-first mindset.
