Carlsberg Britvic is recruiting a Shift Team Leader in Rugby to lead the shift within a fast-moving consumer goods environment. You will report to the Production Unit Manager and drive safety, quality and cost targets for your team.
The role requires a minimum of 5 years FMCG experience with leadership and a strong focus on safety, quality, and lean processes. 42 hours weekly on a 4 on, 4 off rotating days (7am–7pm) and nights (7pm–7am).
